La chambre était vraiment pas propre, tapis très sale, couette de lit sale également abec de gros spot brun, douche qui ne cesse de couler, couvert de toilette fini, frigo qui gèle... Je confirme que ca ne vaut pas la note de 8 qui éait inscrit. Je dirais 3. Tout le contraire de notre autre expérience dans cette même banière a quelque minute a Staunton.

The hotel is convenient to route 81. It was clean and had an easy check in. The breakfast was pretty good. The only issue was the coffee maker in our room was broke.

There were bugs in our room and bathroom. The shower curtain rod was broken and falling down. The light over the sink in the bathroom was out. I had to use my phone light to shave. The headboard on my son’s bed fell off the wall. I had two rooms booked. The other room, family said they had no problems. And the pool was broken. I will not go on but I will never stay here again.

Not a good experience this time around.
We have stayed here several times in the past and usually have a good experience. However, the current management seems to be letting the place go. Our non-smoking room reeked of smoke, exhaust fan wasn't working, tub faucet dripping constantly, and someone had thrown coffee on one of the walls and stains were still very visible. When I mentioned this at checkout the very nice older lady informed us that room was not even supposed to get rented because of the condition. We probably will not be going back. There are plenty of hotels in the area to choose from.
