Room was very small with no window, only a skylight. Was difficult to charge items (drinks, breakfast...) to room, had to pay upfront

Dear Trevor, Thank you for your review, we appreciate you sharing your experience. We offer all guests upon check in if they would like to pre-authorise a card on to their room so that they can charge things to their room throughout their stay. Guests who do not take this option will need to pay as they go. Sorry for any inconvenience. As a city hotel, some of our rooms do indeed only have windows in the roof, though with location this does not really impact views. The room had a few cobwebs, bathroom fittings loose. Looking a little tired.

Great hotel with fantastic pool and spa. Great restaurant. Friendly staff. A bit far from town and the cathedral.
