Thank you for choosing the Cragwood. I am sorry to read that you rated the stay as 2 out of 5 stars. Here at the Cragwood we feel as though we are welcoming our guests into our own house and on the rare occasion are guests are left unhappy, it is important that we can learn from this.My apologies once again

First time at Cragwood and it won't the last. The staff are all very friendly and the hotel is very clean, my room was spotless. One of the biggest selling points is there is a large car park, something hard to find at other hotels in The Lakes unless you pay double the room rate.

The hotel and grounds are wonderful. Very pleasant and profesional staff. The stay was very relaxing. The hotel is now on my return to list, for sure.

I really like the place.Room was very clean and nice decorated .Staff was very friendly. Peaceful hotel with a wonderful view.I would highly recommend this hotel
