The accommodation was very clean and comfortable, check in was easy and you can arrive at anytime. If you park in the carpark opposit the accommodation between 2000 and 0800 you can get early bird parking for £1.50 for a full day, otherwise it is around that cost price per hour.

Location ,about a 5 minute walk into Bowness and about 10 to the Lake
Rooms are well appointed ,clean and well equipped
Breakfast choice is excellent
Team there are very helpful

Need to fix the heat
Publié le 25 juill. 2024 sur HotelsRoom looked nice. Cobwebs all over light shade above the bed. Room was so hot we had all the windows open and 2 fans on and it was still too hot to sleep. There was no cold tap in the room so had to brush our teeth with hot water

Thank you for taking the time to post your review, I can only apologize for the short cummings you experienced during your stay. Unfortunately when the weather is warm, the rooms do get hot, that is why we provide fans, as we don't have air conditioning in the hotel due to the age of the building. All rooms have hot and cold running water, so we are a little perplexed to see you have stated there is no cold tap.Once again thank you for your review, and we hope to welcome you back to the hotel in the future.
