We had breakfast and it was lovely, plenty to choose from and paula cannot do enough for you on your stay. Thanks guys for your hospitality we will be back.

Nice comfortable place to stay. Owners Richard and Paula are a lovely friendly couple and very attentive to their guests. We would highly recommend Kirkwood Guest house

Great stay at this guesthouse.
Breakfast was lovely, able to have it in your room if you prefer.
Walkable to the centre of windermere, driveable to many hot spots and locations

ポスピタリティー溢れるリチャードさんとポーラさん夫婦が経営するB＆Bで、心身ともに快適な滞在でした。ウィンダミア駅から徒歩１０分ほど。バスを利用する場合は、５９９番のバスに乗車して５分ほど走った４つ目の停留所Baddeley Clockで下車 徒歩５分弱で到着できます。

The property was spotless & breakfast was good. Paula & her husband were very helpful & knowledgeably. The ground floor room we had room would benefit from more drawer space

We appreciate your comments about drawer space, the room does have less drawers, but plenty of hanging space, we have tried to keep this room more open as we sometimes get guests who may need extra room to move around or maybe have a mobility aid.RegardsRichard and Paula

Paula was a delight! Loved her advice and helpful tips. Our little family room was perfect and so cozy. The house is perfectly located close to the Badderley Clock Tower bus stop, and perfectly situated between Bowness and Windermere. Breakfast is not to be missed! Everything was locally sourced and delicious. Highly recommend!
