Beverly was so welcoming and friendly when we got to the guest house, she made us feel so welcoming and was very informative on things and places we can go to in lake district. Breakfast was tasty and all staff members were so organised!. We will definitely be booking again.

We stayed at the for 4 nights in July 24 and had a great time Beverley could not have been more helpfull our room was great and the breakfast was wonderfull you will not be disappointed.

A very warm welcome and explained all the surrounding area for restaurants and boat trips etc. Excellent breakfast and service, overall made our trip away very relaxing and will definitely be returning without a doubt.

Such an amazing and clean property. The breakfast was delicious. The property is walkable to downtown and the lake as well, just 10 minutes each way. I would definitely stay here again.
