Breakfast was good and lady serving breakfast was lovely made sure you left full. Hotel was closing for 6 weeks to do some renovation and updating which is good overall would stay again.

A trip of two halves.
Publié le 22 sept. 2023 sur HotelsWe booked for 4 nights but had to change rooms after the 2nd night. The mattress in room 5 was stained and smelly. The room had a beam across the bed (with lots of wires behind it!) and we both banged our head on the beam. Not sure why such a small room had a three seater sofa in it.
The new room, room 10, was much nicer and fresher. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Publié le 15 sept. 2023 sur HotelsI had to ring to find out room number but was fine after that rather small room but well decorated and handy plugs and a light thing, charger which didn't work. I loved the Japanese loo thing. And fab bathroom. Great welcome at breakfast, quick and professional.
