The only little gripe was that the mattress was very hard and uncomfortable,but some people like it that way, but we had a very pleasant time

Refined Hotel High Quality Food and Service

The hotel is far from the usual style with a beautiful building in a great location at the top end of Windemere's high street. We dined at the hotel and the food was lovely, well priced and the staff very attentive. Breakfast was superb with lots of choice and the quality equal to the best we have had on our 4 week holiday so far.
