This hotel is not associated with Hotels.com anymore. I booked my room one year in advance and I got there and there was no vacancy. This business needs to be removed from Hotels.com so it doesn’t happen to somebody else. It was very frustrating and I had to buy camping gear last minute at Walmart, which was very costly.

The place was so bad.. I don't think I have ever seen a property so run down that was listed on hotels.com
Trash everywhere. Stuff all over the walkways. Boarded up windows.
I did not even attempt to check-in and just booked another place. They bounced me around from the managing hotel to the local hotel for the cancellation, and then the manager told me to contact my booking company.
They bounced the hotels.com phone rep around and wouldn't answer his call. In the end, they refused to offer a refund.
Do not book ever!! No. Save your money. Buy a tent and camp at the fairgrounds. Sleep in your car! Just don't!

I cleaned bloody fingerprints off the door handle of the room. The toilet hasn't been cleaned in ages. The screen on the back window was ripped out from people climbing out the window. The room had no trash can. The room was extremely dirty. I was charged twice for the property. I am trying to resolve this.

Worst Hotel Ever

The worst hotel I've stayed at - ever.

This is, without a doubt, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I had no choice. They were the last two rooms available during a music festival where all of the decent hotel rooms in this small town were given to festival performers. I knew it was probably going to be bad, but I could have never imagined the condition this place would be in. The best word to describe it was derelict. Everything was broken. The shower was broken and the door in my room. The blow dryer kept shorting out. The floor and everything else was filthy. One of the beds wasn't made and I found a live cricket in it. My business partner's room also had a bad shower, the toilet was clogged. And there were other rooms that had the windows boarded up and junk was everywhere. The saving grace was this wonderful manager named Demetrius who was there at every moment to help, and try to fix, or get us towels or move us to other rooms (that were equally bad, but different). He was so apologetic. He said the place used to be worse and they've been fixing it. He made a point of saying that the place was recently fumigated so that the bedbugs were gone. That's a relief. But there were still crickets in the room. Seriously if they want this place to be habitable for humans, they need to close it down, fix everythin, and re-open. I'm so happy to be home and out of there.

Hotel is under new management. They are trying very hard to update everything. Nice people and the conditions are not their fault. Room was lacking waste baskets, kleenex, etc., but the manager got what we needed. The rooms have new beds which are very comfortable. Location is very convenient. They are working hard and trying, so give the motel a chance!

Very dirty place and they didn’t have a room for me after I reserved it 5 days in advance do to some sort of plumbing issues but never let me know tell I drove 9 hours to get there.
