Disappointing with deferred maintenance.
After we checked in then we learned that electric service was partially out in most hotel rooms so we had no vanity/bathroom lighting. They had called someone to “fix” this (which we learned after we checked in near 6pm). I believe it was wrong to rent us such an uninhabitable room at the time but in any case this issue should have been disclosed to us prior to checking us in. We didn’t get a refund (hence this verified review) and instead booked a different hotel for the night which was great.

It’s a little outdated but the cleanliness of the rooms is exceptional. The staff is the absolute best I have ever encountered! I would definitely stay there again!

While it is an older property, it is very well maintained. Rooms were very clean. Staff was exceptionally friendly and service was great. I’d stay here again.

There was a tornado warning. The owners have a basement for guests safety.

Every time we have stayed there everything was perfect from the check in to leaving. We always stay there when in Winfield.
