The staff were perfect. They were friendly and the manager was very nice in sorting out my reservation. I was a bit disappointed when I ordered a sandwich from their menu that they didn't have most of the stuff, so I changed to a salad and the same thing. In the end, I settled for a tuna salad which wasn't really tossed. Otherwise it was a good stay.

My stay there was a pleasant one. Staff should be made to wear their masks at all times since covid19 is still around.

The workers, they were very nice . Especially Helen. She is a very good person and works well. The kitchen staffs were nice, especially Emmanuel. He is very polite with good costumer service. The food was good also.One thing I didn’t like with windy bay guest house is the water system, I had to call for the flowing water every day,but overall I enjoyed staying at windy bay guest house.

The front desk lady I met was ridiculously rude. She told me I shouldn't have booked online and spent over an hour arguing with me " we don't even use hotels.com" repeatedly. I have never been treated that way in customer service or front desk. I was shocked. They were talking crap in the local language not knowing I know a little bit because my wife is a local. She had to confront them about it. I am giving this hotel a good review because of Emmanuel at the restaurant who stepped in to save the day. Thank you Emmanuel.
