Ac was not working at night it was so uncomfortable. There was kids running around upstairs above our room . In the morning at 30 minutes after breakfast starts out of oj ask about and he said oh we are out and walk away

family vacay

This hotel is completing renovations, so some areas were still ongoing but most of it was fine. Our room was fine, breakfast was ok, most of the items were available. Service was very nice and room was, too. Very clean.

Everything we needed.

Hotel is being renovated so lots of work needed to be completed. However the staff were great, breakfast was great, and overall hotel was everything we needed. They are pet friendly and it was nice since we had our dog with us.

Hotel was under construction remodel. I was not informed. The pool was gross with about 2 feet and f green water and the gate wasn’t even looked. Not enough parking. My mom is in a wheelchair and we had to park in back of hotel where it was dark and scary. My son was planning on swimming. Room keys did not work. I wanted a refund but the front lady said I had to talk to manager but would not be available until Monday
