Avis 1-bedroom condo with patio and underground parking

When we arrived at the property we found the furnishings and cleanliness to be absolutely far from what was pictured and filthy. I contacted the property manager immediately to share my concerns…rotted food in fridge, dirty/disinfectant smell coming from closet which ended up being old water in a mop bucket, torn furniture, urine/stains on throw pillows, microwave covered in old food, shelving unit in shambles..the list goes on. While he first agreed to refund my payment (as long as I didn’t leave a bad review) he has not done so and has not returned messages from myself or the VRBO support desk. My husband and I have stayed at many properties with never an issue and have excellent ratings as guests. This property should not be allowed to be listed. Don’t click request…you will regret it
