Ok for price
Posted May 31, 2024 on HomeAwayQuiet location close to necessities. Only got 1 towel to use between two guests and no access to washer/dryer. Very strong smell of cats throughout the basement. Soap and shampoos included in shower and tv was nice.

we appreciate your booking with us. We are also sorry about the towel. That was an oversight because we usually leave two towels even for a single guest.
However, We wish you had asked for an extra towel as we always encourage our guests to ask us for anything else they might need besides what's provided.
Concerning the laundry, we do not open it for one-night bookings, which was your case and is part of our policy listed on the booking site.
Our other guests who stayed more than one night can testify that they have access to the laundry.
Lastly, we are no pet household so it's a surprise that you said the whole house smells like a cat.
However, we are going to look into that.

Posted Apr. 3, 2024 on HomeAwaythis stay was a short drive to CLC and anything you could want to do in downtown Winnipeg! communication with the host was clear and easy and they checked on us a few times to make sure we were comfortable. we would stay again!

Arrived to dirty towels and sheets. The place was freezing. Had to wear multi layers of clothes to bed. Not much bedding. Loud fire type alarm went off in the middle of the night. Owners doing laundry right beside our area after midnight. Not a restful place at all.
