Room was clean and adequately furnished. Check in was fine as the front desk attendant was quick and friendly. The area feels sketchy and I made sure to bring the days shopping in to my room. The hotel layout is inconvenient with poor signage and narrow steps up to the wing with my room. There was poor sound insulation between rooms and I could hear yelling throughout the night from multiple rooms. The bed was hard and lumpy but clean. The room had a sewer gas odour, not overpowering and I accustomed to it but it was noticeable when I entered. Did not try the pool but looked clean and fun.

No breakfast is served even though i selected a breakfast option. They only give you a cup of coffee and a toast. Also, some weirdos are always standing by the entrance door. Kids crying and jumping around the lobby. The rooms are not bad at all.

It was clean and the staff was friendly. Also the restaurant was fairly priced. I’ll definitely be using that the hotel again.

The lobby needs updating it’s very dark and the front door is broken. The front desk really needs organizing and cleaning up.The flooring during winter is dirty looking, because of the snow and dirt from boots. There was a lot of noise and banging in the night. When going into the room the hotel should have a mat or a boot tray to put wet shoes on because of the vinyl flooring. The room was very clean and large the bedding was clean and new. I thought it was an ok room for the price.

Old, but clean...floor in the rooms was very cold, furnace ran for 2 days couldn't warm up the flooring, other guests had roaches, we didnt see any in our room tho. Front desk attendant did not even know if the restaurants were open or not, couldnt understand english when all I asked for was a pen ! Though the rate was reasonable and room clean, we wont stay again...for $15/ night more we qill stay where you dont have tobwear socks to walk around

The room had this awful smell from the washroom. Septic problem I guess. I complained and the manager wanted to come spray deodorizer. Well I ended up getting another room, did not smell but sink drain was sluggish…clugged drain problem too.

It was in downtown and there were some sketchy people in the area! The lobby where rooms are looks alot like a sketchy motel. But inside it was clean and they also provided water which I was grateful for. It was little noisy, doors were not that noise proof and sometimes it would feel that someone is knocking your door or trying to open it but it would be your neighbours getting in their rooms. Service and cleanliness was good!
