L'endroit est proche de l'aéroport tout en était super calme et très tranquille. Aucun bruit. J'ai pas aimé la restauration... devrait y avoir un meilleur restaurant et service qui est long... Devrait inclure un déjeuner gratuit!

My apologies for your experience. This is not a normal occurrence our guests encounter. Usually, we have guests asking what beds we have so they can purchase them for their own homes.
If you would kindly reach out to me directly so that I can investigate what room you stayed in? We can certainly check over the bed.

le séjour était bien, mais personne ne ma répondu en français, pourtant nous étions a l'aéroport, et quelle surprise aujourd'hui en regardant ma facture et qu'il m'ont chargé 30$ dollars de plus. comme personne ne parle français a cette hotel comment puis je faire pour demander pour quel raison il m'ont chargé trente dollars de plus.
