Staff was very friendly and approachable. The fitness facility was sub par at most, very outdated, cleqning supplies didnt work to be able to clean machine after use. Dining didnt start until 7 so my kids did not get to havr breakfast before thwur sporting activities. Hallways and elevators and room was slightly dorty and not oroperly cleaned. The pullout sofa did not have any sheets or blankets and there was no pots or pans tobe able to use the stove.

Everything is good except for the security guard is annoying especially when my husband goes play slots and he asks for his IDs idk how many times we stayed in this hotel

The hotel are getting expensive: I hear that a lot and so I will post it…no more great nonsense bonuses with expedited deals: not the greatest as I checked into that manner. Hotel was fine: I stay there again & recommended to travellers.

Very little parking in front entrance to unload or luggage. No security cameras on 2 floor a lot of fighting by hotel guests every evening. Contacted the Front Desk several times.

We liked the studio room as it is roomy to stay for longer then 1 night. There was a cooktop but no pots or pans or cutlery. Coffee maker worked good. it would be nice if the breakfast nook was open all day with some easy and healthy foods, even as self serve. we didn't have supper after we arrived at 8 pm. early in December and no restaurants were closer than 2 blocks and unfamiliar for us unfamiliar area.
