While they advertise the reduction in water and detergent consumption and energy and only change sheets and towels once every 3 days of occupancy, no towels were available at the arrival. On request they gave towels, half of which were dirty. No room service took place after 4 days, upon request they folded the sheets without changing them and left the towels used for 4 days in the room without providing any clean towel.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that you did not enjoy your stay with us. We will be following up with housekeeping in regards to why your room did not have towels upon check in and why if there were towels either on the floor or in the tub (indicators to change towels)they were not changed. If they are hanging up we do not change them. As well as the bedding not being changed at least once during your stay. We do have cards in our guest rooms that if placed on the bed it indicates you want your bedding done, however, every few days the housekeepers should do it automatically. We will be looking into more efficient ways to still reduce water consumption but improve the guest services. we do hope you will consider giving us another try in the future. Please take care.

Avoid this hotel, its gross, photos are very old.

The pictures in the website were clearly from a long time ago as the rooms were nowhere near as clean and the pool omg was so gross. In the picture the pool was prestine, but in reality it was covered in patches of brown and smelt terrible. The hot tub was also not working when we arrived which they did not tell us, I also saw many other people go to use it only to see the out of order sign. My youngest son got super stuffed up and coughing while in the room, but when we went out during the day he was fully cleared up. Upon arrival my oldest wanted to take a shower, we had only hand towels in the room. When I went down to ask for towels they didn’t even seem sorry that there were no towels in the room. I asked to upgrade to a suite and was told they do not have suites, which was a lie. My husband and I stayed there years ago and it was wonderful. It has clearly been taken over by new management since and has gone WAY downhill. I will never stay or recommend anybody stay at this location. Also the paperwork they have in the elevator for inspection was last done in 2018 and only one of the two elevators has the inspection sheet. The only positive thing I have to say about this hotel is that the security guard they had on site was super friendly and helpful.
