Couldn’t reach the owner the day we arrived to discuss moving out as was a very unsafe area of town and the door had been kicked in so felt unsafe and wanted to chat to the owner. Didn’t reach them till 2 days later, after we contacted Expedia and Vrbo and they had emailed them as well. Still working on refund as didn’t stay there at all.

Booked house last minute on Sunday night and tried to contact owner for confirmation. did not hear until the next day when we were traveling. Manager required an additional damage deposit that was not in the original details - as we in a rush I had my wife send. Received entry info. Arrived to find an older house (40/50s) with poor reno done. No fit and finish. Interior rough. Only positive - it was fairly clean. Narrow stairwells up and down. No bedroom / bathroom on main floor - not handy for my 80 year old father. One bedroom upstairs - could not close the door as a bed is in the way. Unfortunately my mother passed away and we left a day early. When I was exiting the front door the handle fell off which I reported immediately. Deducted $50 from damage deposited - contacted numerous times - little response "under investigation"- was the last response. I would not recommend.
