The diningroom is not like in the picture. There is clutter/junk everywhere. Breakfast consist of over ripe bananas, Walmart brand mini muffins, coffee. Dry cereal and milk. They give you the gallon milk for you to pour your milk right then and there and the put it in the refrigarator in the back. The juice machine was out. The picture on line shows a WAFFLE machine. NOT!

The property is fine, probably the best place in the area out of very limited options. I was in town to attend an important funeral. I checked in in Fri and the funeral was on Sat. I had booked my room to stay Sun. Then check out on Mon. However,on Sat evening it was clear that the family wouldn't need my help on Sun. So I decided to leave one day early. When I got to the motel that Sat. night I stopped by the desk to tell them of my chanfe of plans. Sunday was also Mother's day and I wanted to get home with time to take my mom to dinner. That morningI went to check out expecting to be charged for only the 2 nights but my invoice was for all 3 nights as first booked. I was told nobody there had permission to to make changes to bookings. When I asked if I might ask the manager to adjust my invoice. That person wasn't in town and won't be back for a week. So I asked to get them on the phone which they did. But that's when things wrnt from bad to a rip off! I was told that they do not give refunds if you check out early. I pointed out that is not mentioned in the cancelation policy when I made the booking. Then I was told I booked through Expedia so complain to them,.. then they hung up. So once home I did complain to Expedia through the process of texting with a "real person". Who told me they would request a refund and to stay connected. After waiting the agent said they were told the manager was out of town for a week but Expedia would follow up at the endoftheweekcanyouguesswhathappenednextNOTHING

Thank you for your review and for choosing our hotel. We are sorry for the confusion regarding the booking rules on your reservation but when booking through a third party, rates are sometimes offered at a discount requiring pre payment and no cancellation and/or changes. If you book through the hotel’s own web site you would be able to book a reservation with much more flexibility for changes as well as the opportunity to earn Sonesta Travel Pass points. We hope to have the opportunity to accommodate your hotel needs in the future.

Very outdated and cheap. That’s a $40 motel. Carpet needs to be replaced, the room has an old odor and the products are from the dollar tree.
