The staff/hotel tried to charge my card an extra $350 for something that should have been included in the already high price. I feel that it's some shady stuff happening at that hotel, and they are charging people extra and pocketing the money.

Mrs. SallyWe have spoken with you regarding the "extra fee" you were charged for damages and deep cleaning of our guestroom. When the Front Desk agent spoke with you, she offered to send you photos and at this time you did not dispute the condition the room was left, we did you send email you pictures. We have a policy regarding damages and it is detailed in writing on your registration form you signed at check in. If you have further questions please let me know. RegardsMary
