No room for understanding

Nasty room and no help from front desk
Publié le 7 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThe bathtub was nasty and had pieces of coffee cup pushed into the drain handle to hold it open so water would drain. The tub itself had patches of white silicone on it that was flaking off. The nasty white silicone was all over our feet and we ended up putting a towel in the bathtub. We complained to the desk and got a run around.

The air conditioner in the room didn’t cool off the room. The pillows and bed were uncomfortable. It did work for just a place to sleep as we were passing through.

Very nice place to stay, the bed was a little firm for my preference but that's a personal preference nothing wrong with the bed I just prefer softer. Other than that everything was good location was excellent staff was super super friendly.

Nice room. Only complaint was the used towels and bath mat were picked up but not replaced so the next day we didn’t have enough towels. Also coffee was not replaced
