When I checked in they told me breakfast was from 6am to 9am. So in the morning at 6:05am the breakfast was closed and the morning staff was scrambling to get the breakfast area opened up appeared to be that he fell a sleep during the shift. The other customer were very upset that they had to leave to go to work or travel as the same with me. There was another staff that appeared to arrive and told me that they will stay open for breakfast for extra hour like it would do me favor and found it irritating because I had to hit the road.

The property is beautiful. Great for people with dogs. Lobby looks great. The problem arose when we first got to room. It was extremely hot and even with AC on entire time it never got comfortable. We checked in around 4 and checked out at 8ish that next morning. Not comfortable at all

This place is a gem! We enjoyed the outdoor activity center and dined outside, as well. It was very pleasant and relaxing. I look forward to stopping in again the next time I am traveling through Winslow.

Great place to stay.
Everything was great, except the air conditioning would not stay at the temp we wanted it. It would reset to 72 degrees minutes after we manually adjusted. So our nights were uncomfortable. I am the type to just deal with it instead of complaining. I am sure the hotel would have accommodated us. They were very friendly. Great patio to hang out with whoever you are with. We had a great time playing Bocce Ball. We will be back next year but this time I will make sure to get a better ac room. My friends had no problem! We all had a great time.

The property was nice. The price was good. The employees are helpful and friendly. I would stay again. The only issue is they can't turn off the bathroom fan, which I don't mind. The lights have a main switch in the room so make sure it is on. I got in late and did not know there was a main switch so I had only the bathroom light until morning.
