Beatiful place. Really good breakfast.
No ice machine in function but front desk help us to have ice. I recommand.

The room itself was ok. However the room next to us had a smoke alarm that beeped the whole night. I tried to call down but our phone didn’t work. Our TV also would turn on but you could not change the channel. I walked to the front desk but nobody was there and it was after 9pm by this point and we were tired. Overall disappointed

Worst Best Western Plus I have ever stayed at!
Publié le 15 oct. 2024 sur HotelsDO NOT STAY HERE! Hallway was dirty, elevator was dirty. All night party across the hall not addressed by staff. Room reeked of marijuana. Fire alarm pulled in middle of night and had to leave the hotel at 4am. Asked for refund for night and was told no because it was booked through 3rd party. Only positive was the breakfast.

We explained that since your reservation was made and paid for through a third party, you need to contact them to inquire about any refund requests. It’s important to understand that we cannot process refunds for reservations we did not handle directly as we didn't charge your credit card, the third party did and as such are the only ones that can offer a refund or credit of any kind. Any credit the hotel put through would go directly to the third party and not the hotel guest. Your concerns about the marijuana smell are also noted. Cleanliness and guest comfort for all our guests are our top priorities. We do our best to accommodate all guests, and hope they behave respectfully, but we cannot enter their rooms without cause, as it would violate their privacy. We appreciate you acknowledging the breakfast and hope to provide a better experience if you choose to stay with us again.

This is without question the most filthy hotel I have ever encountered. The place is doused with bleach to try to cover the mildew smell. Disgusting.
