Fine place but a bit noisy.
Publié le 26 oct. 2022 sur HomeAwayThe property was clean and well-maintained. Only problem was the fact that it was a bit noisy upstairs. You can clearly hear people walking around and the TV going. If you want total quiet you might want to check with a different property. Everything else was great.

We do note in the description that there's ancillary noise from upstairs. Being that it's a garden level apartment, it's inevitable, though we apologize there wasn't total quiet.

Great property for a weekend in Winston-Salem

It was no more than 15 minutes drive to all of the wedding festivities and other family get togethers in downtown W-S to Graylin Estate. Perfect size for us with a full bed + sleeper sofa, large bathroom and sizeable kitchen. Check in and check out were a breeze.

Great location w/basic amenities

Nicole, we greatly appreciate feedback - it's how we ensure all guests have an amazing stay. It's clearly noted in the space's description “Guest apartment sits below main living area, so there may be some noise”. As a short-term rental tenant, and host, I’ve experienced how important it is to read the details of a space prior to committing. Ie. the apartment being garden level, there may be some noise, check-out time of 10:00AM, etc. You guys left an hour beyond check-out, and that’s hard on hosts to prepare for their next guests. Again, I greatly appreciate your feedback, yet suggest reading the details of the space you’re considering prior to committing.

Fun in Winston - cozy stay

Quiet neighborhood convenient location
Publié le 7 nov. 2021 sur HomeAwayWe were very please with our stay. The rental had everything we needed. It was clean and tastefully decorated. There was plenty of room for our things. Communication with the owner was quick and friendly. We would recommend it and we would stay here again.
