Graduation stay

We had family in for a graduation and need more room the house was great and very close to things we needed the host responded quickly to anything we needed it slept 6 people very comfortably

What stay?

We attempted to rent this house to attend a family function nearby. We needed a house big enough for 6 adults. After communicating with the host and meeting her requirements, we moved forward with the reservation and she took our money. During the ensuing weeks, VRBO contacted us multiple times confirming the reservation. We were supposed to receive access codes, etc, on the day of check in. Check in was at 3:30 As we were driving the 6 hours it took us to get there, I kept checking for check in information. Finally, after 4:00 pm, I tried to contact the host to ask how we could gain access to the property. After driving 6 hours, and an hour after the earliest allowed check in time, we received a notice that our reservation had been cancelled and our payment refunded. I can understand circumstances arising that could Make renting the property unrentable, but to receive multiple confirmations that the reservation was complete and our funds deposited, and then to be canceled after a 6 hour drive is inexcusable. Terms were agreed to, money changed hands, and the reservation confirmed only to be cancelled at the latest possible moment is totally unprofessional. Obviously, we will not attempt to rent from this host again.

Cute and Convenient

Our stay was enjoyable and we did not experience any issues. I would make a couple of recommendations: 1. Check the shower in the master bedroom; low pressure and one nozzle does not work at all. 2. Leave more than 3 rolls of tp! With 5 women, it was challenging and I actually had to buy tp, Also, a better quality of tp is recommended. What's used is so thin that more than the normal amount had to be used. 3. Leave an extra roll of paper towel. We ran out of the one roll that was there and I had to buy additional paper towel.

NICE GOOD SIZE HOME THAT WAS NEAT AND CLEAN OVERALL. THE BIGGEST DOWNFALL THAT IT IS ON A BUSY STREET AND LOTS OF EMERGENCY VEHICLES AND HEAVY FOOTED DRIVERS RACING BY AT ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT BUT OVERALL A VERY NICE PLACE!

Great
