I booked this room several months ago when my husband scheduled an upcoming surgery. My husband and i had to leave our home @ 2am to get to his surgery site. My husband's surgery was completed early and we wanted to check in to get some much needed rest it was 12pm. We where told it was to early for check-in however after hearing our story they found us a room that was clean and ready. They made sure it was close to the parking lot due to my husband not being able to walk comfortably. I room was clean, and had all the administers needed. My only compliments is the pillows where small!! However i would stay again simply for their kindness! THANK YOU

The property was dated and not well lighted. Person at the front desk was not very fluent in English. There was no hot water to shower the next morning. I would not stay at this location again.

Y tratado de poder contarlos a expidia para poder hacerles saber de mi inconformidad y que tuve qué abandonar el hotel. Y me hicieran mi reembolso.

The staff were very professional and helpful but the accommodations were poor including broken bathroom doorknob, electrical outlet taped in place, poor A/C cooling, smelly room, and TV did not work despite following written instructions

this property was the worst i ever seen i been try to contact you to talk to some one but its impossible you made it that way i going to try a lawyer and see what i can do to get refund the room did not look like the pictures and i believe you guys new that i have picture and i want to send them to you but you made that impossible also i going put them on the internet and show people what you have don i'll also have a friend on good morning america and i will reach out to them and see if they can show the world about what you do to people, ill keep trying until some one will here me . i try call you and you are impossible to reach. i will never use you again joyce lomax at jazza1149@att.net.
