I booked this room several months ago when my husband scheduled an upcoming surgery. My husband and i had to leave our home @ 2am to get to his surgery site. My husband's surgery was completed early and we wanted to check in to get some much needed rest it was 12pm. We where told it was to early for check-in however after hearing our story they found us a room that was clean and ready. They made sure it was close to the parking lot due to my husband not being able to walk comfortably. I room was clean, and had all the administers needed. My only compliments is the pillows where small!! However i would stay again simply for their kindness! THANK YOU

Broken lock on the door, visible bugs crawling everywhere, blood stains on the carpet, ripped furniture, stained ceiling, smelled of smoke…unsafe and scary. We didn’t stay and awaiting refund. Quality Inn has agreed to a full refund - awaiting Expedia to provide it.

My room was not cleaned well. The desi and night table had wet, sticky substances on them, the desk chair had hair and tiny debris on if and the carpeting had tons of black, tarry pebbles that i stepped on all night.
The TV was weird too; to get the channels to change, I had to do a 10-minute rebooting process (which apparently is required for all guests in every room to work the channel changer.
The bright soot was a guy named Tom who was very easy to deal with in that we couldn’t get there the first night and he gave us a credit no queations asked

There were a lot of unsafe looking residents. Seemed like a "short stay" type of motel.

It’s about what you expect for what you pay. Musty in the room, door hard to unlock and had to beg for more clean towels. They have a no food rule from breakfast. Like NO removing anything from the breakfast area including the coffee you’re drinking. You can’t grab breakfast to eat on the run.

Quality Inn is always my first choice when choosing an hotel. I was very disappointed. I reserved a non-smoking room which smelled like smoke. The vents in the bathroom were rusted and the walls were dirty. The soap holder in the shower had soap stuck to it which means that the shower hadn’t been cleaned properly. There was no hot breakfast - I was very disappointed by what was offered. After I bit into a stale muffin, I wasn’t interested in eating anything else they offered for breakfast, which wasn’t much. I will say that the guy at the front desk was very friendly and the bed was comfortable.
