Room was not clean the day I checked in. Hairs all over the bathroom, toilet not clean, used toothpick and gum on the carpet, etc. One morning on my way out, I told receptionist there was what appeared to be vomit in the hall right beside the elevator and when I came back an hour later it was still there. Front desk staff is constantly on their cell and rude. Bathroom door and frame were practically falling apart, mini fridge was leaning into the floor bc the shelf was broken, the room was overall just dirty and had signs saying you would not get room service unless specifically requested. Would never stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone.

although there was some nice employees the office staff was unaccommodating rude and really didn't care about this staythis was just like a Motel 6 and way overpriced and almost everyone that was checking out was playing complaining .I was sitting in the lobby and one of the workers said it's about to get loud with all the complaints so this is very usual for them and not an isolated incident I'm 63 and handicapped and the rooms were very difficult to get around in especially the bathroom which the door didn't even fit the shower and water leaked out from the top and the bottom posing a serious threat for anyone to fall I will never ever stay in a sleep in again and I would suggest that they are no longer a point part of Choice Hotels as they are only downgrading the others by being in there

This hotel chain offers consistent comfortable stays. You can't go wrong booking here. What's comforting at Sleep Inns is that if you're ever on premise when they're cleaning the rooms, they always change the bed sheets. Their rooms are always comfortable no matter the age of the building. This particular hotel has a nice workout room. Really enjoyed my 2 nights at Hanes Mall Sleep Inn. It's conveniently located off the interstate. The best of restaurants in the area are within a 5 minutes drive, one is walkable. You can't go wrong booking here. Most Sleep Inns are not new so don't expect perfection, expect good.

Hotel desk was very accommodating. Our room was next to one being worked on and they moved us right away.

There were bed bugs! The staff didn’t care and no accommodations or reimbursement was done. The bathroom door was broken so you had to use the bathroom with no privacy. The bed was dirty with hairs and bedbugs. Total crap hole!

Everything was as expected when i came back to check on the 2nd time (bc internet was down) the young man was very nice and accommodating.
