El check in tarde o temprano no está permitido solo está abierto el front desk en cierto horario !! Por lo que no tienes cómo comunicar algún encentó imprescindible

When you booked the room with us it informed you of the check-in and check-out times. It also ask you to provide your estimated arrival time, which you did not do. We then called you and asked for your arrival time. You provided that. You could have also communicated with us on this platform where you booked your room. You didn't do any of this. So it seems you didn't do your homework before booking a room. We wish you all the best as you travel elsewhere and book your stays with other hotel. We hope next time you will take a few minutes to read and respond to the information the hotel provides when booking your room. This way you will be prepared for your stay .

The distance from the property to Disney parks is not accurate on the website. The rooms don’t have usb chargers . The bathroom weren’t clean, smell out of the shower and sink was very bad. Very cold at night and no blankets at all provided in the rooms.

We are sorry to hear you had a bad experience with us. We are 5. 3 miles by car or 11 minutes away depending on traffic. However, We never stated that we had any usb cords in the rooms. Although we have a walmart and walgreens 5 minutes from our hotel you could have visited for that item. We did however, allow you husband to charge his phone free of charge in our lobby. The bathroom was clean and recently painted in your room and check 2 times before your arrival. It wasn't cold at night it was 72 degrees each night and we provided comforters on each of your beds during your stay with us. You could have also turned the heat on at any time or the A/C up or completely off as that was up to you in the room. We seem to have went above and beyond to accommodate your stay with us. However you just weren't happy with it and the low affordable rate we offered you. That is not a problem as we tray however, we will never please everyone. We hope you will do better research in picking future hotels that actually meet your needs. We do wish you all the best in your future travels at other hotels.

Rooms for Golfers - Basic Rooms

The golf course was amazing, my husband said. This is definitely a golfers’ paradise. The lodge was basic. The check-in desk was not continuously operational, so there were waiting periods for someone to help you. But, the staff were super nice and accommodating. The drinks, sodas, were all $4 each, so well marked up. The rooms were spacious and clean, fridge was nice size, beds were comfy, basic basic rooms though, but for price, nice value. They did not have any other amenities for guests, but a lounge area and outdoor fire pit area, so do not expect a pool in this Florida hotel. There were nearby restaurants and shopping plaza, so we enjoyed good food from there. Otherwise, if you want a place to stay after golfing all day, this is a great spot.

Great Place...will stay again

After reading the reviews in 3 different sites, I was Afraid and wanted to cancel my reservation. It was a Great Surprise , the Young man at the counter had a Big Smile, he explain everything, even the No Housekeeping in a short stay but told me that if I need it Towels to come to the desk. everything was explained to me. There was No Bugs coming from Under the door, the people playing golf and staying at the Lodge did not bother my sleep. The room was Clean with soft pillow, Air Condition was Super Cold, Bed was Comfortable..I can Not Asked for anything more.. if you are going to Disney this is the perfect Spot if you are going to Orlando(city) is far... one suggestion for management..Vending Machines outside for a Very late snack Thanks

It was a nice size room with a refrigerator. Deadbolt didn’t work, could see light through crack of door and frame. The tub was dirty, dead bugs in the bed.

The deadbolt does work and automatically locks upon closing the door. The tub wasn't dirty as the room was checked several times before you checked into the room. We also didn't find any bugs in the room, and we checked before you checked into the room. However, we are an outside property, and we are on a golf course with mother nature all around us. So, you are going to see all kinds of wildlife right outside your door. We thank you for taking the time to review us. It seems we were just not your cup of tea and that is fine.
