We were accused of being too loud, however it was not us, it was another unit in close proximity. Besides that everything went well.

Please know you were not accused of anything, a volume monitoring device was triggered, and our system sent an automated text. This was explained to you the next morning when we returned to the office and turned off the sensor for the remainder of your stay. We are reviewing the device, and will be sure it is fired if no longer working appropriately.

Nice condo
Publié le 5 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayNice condo, management company was easy to work with for check in etc. unfortunately there is a lot of construction in the area and it’s loud even with the windows closed. No doubt once it gets cold and ski season starts things will settle down. Having said that when we go back to Winter Park we would definitely try to stay at this property again. The location is amazing, easy walk to all of the good restaurants and bus stop to skiing is a 3 to 4 minute walk.

Family Fun
Publié le 7 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is a great place to stay in Winter Park. It is within walking distance of downtown and was easy to find. It was wonderful to have three bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. The place is clean, wonderfully decorated and dog-friendly. The only downside was that it was an unusually hot weekend and there was no air conditioning.

Great winter park condo
Publié le 1 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis condo was perfect fir our 3 night stay in Winter Park. Two main suites, rwo decks and a hot tub! Great location. We walked everywhere! Close to restaurants, parks, shoppping and walking trails.

Great location, lots of space, clean!

Buzzing noise!
