THE SPACE

HOT TUB ADVISORY:
Hot Tub Advisory Update from Building Management:
Please be advised that hot tubs are currently closed due to significant construction. According to the latest schedule from our contractor (received on January 29th), the hot tubs at Founders Pointe are expected to be completed by February 8th, and those at Fraser Crossing by February 14th. These dates are subject to change based on the delivery of tubs and weather conditions. We will keep you updated with any new information as it becomes available.

If the hot tubs are unavailable during your stay, we recommend visiting the Fraser Valley Rec Center, accessible via the free bus. The facility offers hot tubs, a workout center, a lazy river, and plenty of other fun activities. If you'd like to visit, we’re happy to deduct the cost of the Rec Center from your room rate.

Enjoy a COZY and COMFORTABLE stay at this stunning studio located at the base of Winter Park Resort. You will have direct access to an amazing oversized hot tub, a double-sided fireplace, BBQ grills, lounge chairs, tables, and beautiful views at the Amenity Deck. You will also be within walking distance to the slopes, making this studio unit the perfect choice for your winter getaway! The studio unit features a kitchenette with a mini-refrigerator, microwave with convection oven, stove, toaster, and coffee maker.

You will also find clean linens and basic toiletries for your convenience. The studio unit can accommodate up to four (4) guests with a king bed and a queen-size sofa sleeper. You can relax and enjoy our smart TV, gas fireplace, Wi-Fi, and cable. The unit also comes with a ski locker with a lock for your storage needs.

Location: At the base of Winter Park Resort; a two-minute walk to the new 10-person Gondola. Two miles from downtown Winter Park.

Parking:
Summer Parking - FREE: We send you the parking QR Code
Winter Parking - PAID: $21/night (price varies), we will send you instructions for purchasing a parking pass separately. There is NO free parking on the resort during ski season. The underground parking at Fraser Crossing/Founders Pointe is heated and carts are available for your convenience to help get your things to and from the unit. Typically, you can find them on Floors 1 and 2 by the elevators.

You will go through the parking hut, just let them know you are a guest in Fraser Crossing. Enter from the Founders Point side on the right, and have your parking pass ready. You will need it for each entry and exit of the garage. Follow the arrows to the Fraser Crossing side of the garage. You can park anywhere within the garage, the Fraser Crossing side is just the closest. The pass is typically noon to noon but check the purchase site for more details and to confirm times.

Resort Bus and The Lift:
The city also provides a bus service that is easy to access. Download the app on your phone The Lift Rider and Winter Park, CO or GPS locator.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURE:
You just go straight up to the unit, no stopping at a front desk.
Check-in time is 4pm. (Sooner if we have the unit cleaned and ready)
Check-Out time is 11am.

**If we don't have back-to-back guests/rentals, you may CHECK-IN earlier and CHECK-OUT late. We'll let you know.

PARKING:
Ensure your parking is arranged in advance. Access the heated parking garage with a barcode scanner. Winter parking is $21/night (price varies; details will be communicated via message), while spring/summer parking is free (notification will be sent if it becomes paid).

The dishes will be in the dishwasher clean from the last guest as we request guests to start the washer upon leaving the unit.

Great, well-maintained modern efficiency unit steps from Winter Park Resort Gondola. The location is fantastic! Well-maintained, nicely furnished, new and well-stocked kitchenette. Strong WiFi. Good-sized bathroom. Owner was very responsive and communication was excellent. Heated, parking garage. I stayed here in September, but for skiing this place would be excellent! Highly recommend

The unit is lovely and has everything you need to enjoy the stay. Shawn was wonderful and communicated well with us. Almost all the stores and restaurant around the property were closed until the middle/end of June. We didn’t know that until we got there , but we still had a great time and will visit again.

Great location, not exactly ski in/ski out but short 5 mins walk to the base of gondola ride. No need to take a bus or car. Website pics and description do really good job.

Perfect spot for Winter Park skiing!
Great little spot for three days of skiing in Winter Park! Our first time here and everything was perfect. The cozy condo is just as pictured, with everything you could need. I didn’t realize how close it was to the base. It’s literally a 2 minute walk and is actually part of the winter park resort. The heated parking was awesome for 3 degree days. A couple tips…if you take the Winter Park ski train, it drops you right in the middle of it all and is a three minute walk to the condo. The staff were incredibly nice and even took our bags to store them at the sister resort (Zephyr Mountain Lodge) while I got the kids settled for skiing and we waited for our condo to be ready. So easy!! WP is actually pretty small - the base and resort part - so it’s super easy to navigate. We ate at a couple of the restaurants on the property. Things get super crowded!! We also ventured into the town of Winter Park - really cute! Try to go if you can. We ate at Adventures Decanted for an amazing meal, but make reservations. All in all, a perfect trip for my son’s 17th birthday. He brought a buddy and they skied from 8:30-4. They loved it. It was his first west coast skiing trip and was a great way to experience Colorado skiing. I recommend taking some of the lifts off to the right to get you away from the crowded lifts. The people here are incredibly friendly. Enjoy!!.

A very functional and comfortable space that met all our needs. Great layout. Kitchen was useful in keeping expenses down as we prepared breakfasts and dinners and ate our lunch out while sightseeing. Close to Rocky Mountain National Park (west side Grand Lake entrance is much less crowded), as wells as many awesome trails outside the park, and Georgetown Loop Railroad, to name a few. Everything you need in Winter Park and Fraser. Communication from owner was great; top notch host.

The property was clean and convenient. This unit has A/C which is a plus. The unit had everything we needed. Lots of activities (hiking, biking, shopping, dining). The unit, the complex, and the area, in general, are very well maintained. My wife and I are picky and everything was perfect. We were concerned about some of the reviews we read in advance and did not experience anything negative. Wish we would have stayed a few more days.
