The staff for check in was amazing, however being woken up at 730am to the housekeeper slamming carts around the hallway was not advertised or expected. In many years of stays I have never seen any hotel with an 11am check out, have housekeepers start at 7am. We are exhausted and intend on getting the remainer of our rest in our vehicle before our large yearly family event. We will not be staying again due to this. The check in staff was the nice part of our stay.

Our records show that housekeepers began their work at 7:50 a.m., as they had a large number of rooms to clean.
