Everything was great as usual but the master bed needs an upgrade a little softer mattress would be great the pull out couch was the most comfortable unfortunately but other then that it was great again see you next year

Thanks for staying with us again Marvin! Good news is we recently updated the mattresses in all the master bedrooms, but maybe the firmness is a bit much. I'll look into some pillow toppers to see if that might help those that prefer a softer mattress. We look forward to hosting you again next year!

Beds were uncomfortable. There is a stink from the hot tub . Open windows quick. Location is good. Staff are kind and helpful.

Hi Jeffrey,I am sorry the beds were not to your likely. We recently replaced the queen beds and are looking into replacing the twin beds in each unit as soon as we are able. I apologize for the odor from the hot tub. As the hot tub is private and in the unit, we have done our best to minimize such odors through consistent spa water maintenance and by installing a ventilation fan. I am so happy to hear you enjoyed the staff and the location. It was a pleasure hosting you and I so appreciate your feedback. I will work on trying to figure out what else we can do to minimize any hot tub odor and make the beds more comfortable in the near future.

PLEASE READ. I booked this property based on the great reviews online. I found out the following issues and observations 1. Found blonde hair on the bed. 2. Found blonde hair on bathroom vanity. 3. Found an opened coke can in back porch. 4. Found opened water bottle left by previous occupant. 5. Found a small toy in the condo. 6. Bedroom thermostat wasn't working. Room was so hot even after setting it at 40F. Finally turned it OFF and opened windows. 7. Outdated bathrooms/toilets. 8. No response from property manager for the issues notified above. 9. Property expects you to throw the trash and load dishwasher etc.as per the instructions provided. Trash cans were locked. Positive: 1. Communications and instructions for everything was great. 2. Condo was cozy except for the above said issues, observations and outdated bathrooms. 3. Close to town, grocery store, restaurants etc.

Dear Sudheer,I am sorry for the cleanliness issues in room during your stay as anything less than spotless is unacceptable. I am very sorry blonde hair was in the bathroom on the vanity and on the bed. I am personally working with my housekeeping manager and cleaning staff to make sure they are checking the back patio and underneath furniture for items that may have been left behind by previous guests. I had my maintenance technician check into the thermostats in your unit, and the one you mentioned was not operating properly. We have since resolved the issue, and I apologize it impacted your stay. You are correct, that we do request our guests to dispose of trash upon departure and request they start the dishwasher, leaving no dirty dishes in the sink upon departure. As we are located in the Colorado high country, we too are in bear country, and this is why the dumpster is secured. The latch on the door of the dumpster unlatches and slides, allowing entry and the ability to dispose of trash during one's stay. Details of how to open the dumpster were provided in your check-in packet, and as you utilized our contactless check in option, we were not given the opportunity to share this with you verbally otherwise. I am sorry, but we do not have the budget to invest in updating the bathrooms in unit at this time. Had I been made aware of any issues during your stay, I would have resolved them promptly. I was only made aware of issues during your stay six days after your departure, per your email, and as such, I was unable to tend to them during your stay. I apologize for the delayed response to your email, but as we have been working to resolve a staffing shortage, our out of office message has been notifying guests of expected delays in our reply. Luckily, we have a new hire training and hope to have ready to respond to such issues in the near future.

Great home-base after mountain adventures.

Indian Peaks was a great family home base for a weekend get-away to Winter Park, Fraser, and Grand Lake. So nice to come back, warm up our leftovers from the day, and unwind in the hot tub. Check-in was smooth. The unit was clean, and other than the expected noise from the neighboring units, it was a peaceful. The grounds and flowers were lovely too. We hope to stay there again next time we vacation in the area.

Grounds are beautiful, people are friendly and helpful. Unit was very nice. Loved the view and remote feel off our deck. Saw a deer off the deck just after we arrived I would definitely come to Indian Peaks resort again.
