Fall Break
Publié le 19 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a party of 10 with 4 adults a 16 year old, 2 13 year olds, 2 9 year olds, and a 7 year old with plenty of space for all to be comfortable. The home was perfectally located right by Hideaway Park to make everything accessible for walking and biking, with all the trails we love close by. Barely drove the car and biked everywhere. The place was super clean and worked perfect for our larger group.

Great house and location

Great location
Publié le 10 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is a great place and the owner made everything easy. Any time I had a question Bob immediately got back to me. Some of the windows were hard next to impossible to open. With no ac open windows were a must during the day. With that being what it was i would not hesitate to stay here again.

Hi Greg - sorry you had issues with the windows, we had no idea this was happening! We are headed up this week to make sure all windows are operating properly. We make sure there are fans in every bedroom -- the climate is usually cool in Winter Park, but the recent heat I'm sure made it uncomfortable :(

Outstanding
Publié le 4 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThe host provided a lovely welcome basket. The house was well appointed and conveniently located. There are ALOT of steps and there wasn’t any AC but overall it was a very nice place and I would recommend it for a large group.

I'm so glad you had a great stay. We have had a very hot snap - unusual and unpleasant for sure! Hope it was not too uncomfortable.

Summer Trip to Winter Park
Publié le 2 août 2024 sur HomeAwayHad a great stay in this multi-level unit. Plenty of room for the 10 of us. Spacious kitchen had everything we needed. The rooms could use some more lighting…maybe some ceiling fans with lights. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. The location was great for the purpose of our stay. Lots of shops, restaurants and walking trails within walking distance. Would stay here again for sure!

Winter Park Jazz Festival
Publié le 23 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe location was perfect for our first time at the Jazz Festival. We were able to walk to the festival each day. Restaurants were close by. There was no need for the use of a car except to go to the grocery store.
We enjoyed our stay.

Great place!
Publié le 13 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayPlace was great! Beds were comfortable, place was clean. A lot of stairs, as listing shows, so an added thing to think about with little kids. Lots of helpful baby gear in the garage - booster seat for eating, umbrella stroller, etc. Right next to overflow parking lot so plenty of room for multiple cars. Close to everything fun in Winter Park!

Family reunion

Bob responded quickly whenever I had a question.
