This beautiful home sits on a corner lot with views of the mountains right out of the window. Enjoy the breathtaking scenery while grilling up a family meal on the back patio or soaking in your private hot tub.
This luxury mountain home is just minutes away from world class downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, as well as the Fraser tubing hills. Summer activities offer hiking, mountain biking, rafting, golf, fishing, boating, as well as activities at the base of Winter Park Ski resort.

Entertainment: The home has all the entertainment amenities that you want. Both living areas feature High-Definition TVs with an HD satellite TV. Flat Screen TVs in all rooms, Xbox one, 2 fireplaces, pool table and hot tub. Something for everyone to enjoy!

High speed internet (Xfinity) is of course a must!

Main Level:


Garage: Three car heated garage. Additional garage refrigerator and additional washer and dryer.

Living room: Spacious living room with large sectional, 65” TV and large wood burning fireplace.

Living room Patio: Large patio with another dining set for 5 and an outdoor couch.

Dining Room: Large dining table with seating for 12.

Kitchen: Open kitchen island with 5 burner gas range and ceiling mounted hood vent. Large fridge/freezer, double basin sink, oven/microwave and an attached pantry with a large freezer. Kitchen is stocked with a coffee maker (Keurig and standard - coffee not supplied), cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances (griddle, crock pot, blender, food processor, rice cooker and waffle maker).
Breakfast table with seating for 5. Additional bar seating for 4.
Creating a huge meal like a Thanksgiving meal with all the fixings is not a problem at our home!

Kitchen Patio: Large natural gas grill and dining table with 4 chairs.

Laundry Room: Large capacity washer and dryer. Iron and ironing board are provided.

Bedroom 1: King suite with Tv and attached bathroom (1). Bathroom has a large stand-up shower with bench, single vanity and toilet.

Bedroom 2: Master King suite with large master attached bathroom (2) and 2 walk in closets. The bathroom has a large stand-up shower with bench, large soaking tub, double vanity, make-up area and toilet.
Pullout sofa is located in this room. (all pull out linen in walk in closet)

Lower Level:


Living/Game Room: U-shaped sectional that seats 7, electric fireplace, a 65”’ Roku TV and Xbox One. The game area includes a pool table, a foosball table, and a full bar with 7 bar stools for seating, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker and sink.

Hot Tub Patio: Concrete patio with hot tub and seating. Our hot tub can be accessed from the Living/Game room exit doors.

Bedroom 3: (Bunk Area): 3 queen over queen custom-built bunk beds open to living/game area.

Bedroom 4: Queen size bed. No attached bathroom. Shared bathroom with bunk area.

Shared bathroom (3): Bathroom has single vanity, stand up shower and toilet.

Bedroom 5: King size bedroom with TV with a full bathroom (4) attached (This bathroom is shared with another basement king bedroom). The bathroom has a standard tub/shower, single vanity and toilet.

Bedroom 6: King size bedroom with TV, attached bathroom (5) and walk in closet. The bathroom has a stand-up shower with bench, single vanity and toilet.

Bedroom 7: King size bedroom with TV. No attached bathroom. (Shared bathroom with bedroom 5)

Basement Kitchen: Refrigerator/Freezer, microwave, electric cooktop with hood vent, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. (no oven)
Dining table for 6.

Upper Level:


Bathroom 8: Queen bedroom with TV and attached bathroom (6). The bathroom has a stand-up shower, single vanity and toilet.

Bedroom 9: Queen bedroom with TV and attached bathroom. The bathroom (7) has a standard tub/shower, single vanity and toilet.

All Winter Park House properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3–4-night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels.

House Rules:


1.) Please respect our county wide quiet time hours are 9pm to 7am. Our county does fine for violations and that will be at your expense.
2.) No events of any kind permitted at any time. Violations will result in immediate eviction and $1500 fine.
3.) No outdoor fires are permitted at any time.
4.) No more than our stated allowed number of 8 vehicles total at our home. No on-street parking allowed at any time. Our HOA does fine, and tow and you will be responsible for any fine incurred.
5.) All of our rentals are non-smoking. By renting this home, you are stating that you will not smoke in our vacation rentals. You will lose your deposit if evidence of smoke is found once you check out.
6.) You and your guest are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items.
7.) No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties. Any fines from the homeowner association, as a result of this broken rule, will be charged to the refundable deposit.

Our home is equipped with noise/smoke sensors. Exterior cameras are also present.
