Publié le 1 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayProperty is a little worn out already, considering its age. Property Mgmt company was responsive to issues getting into property, but then didn’t follow up on an issue with the hot tub that we had to figure out ourselves.
Kitchen was extremely well stocked and this is a perfect place for a family that doesn’t want to eat out for every meal.
Not a bad place to stay at all… just needs some fine tuning.

Cozy and clean Winter Park townhome

Had a little trouble accessing the townhome upon arrival due to a front door code issue, but management was quick to resolve the problem. The townhome is so cozy and was so clean upon arrival. Furnishings and bedding are so comfortable! Views of the mountains from every room are beautiful! Safe and quiet neighborhood was also a plus! My teenagers really loved the rooftop hot tub. Shuttle access to Winter Park resort is a quick walk across the main street. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend!

Great location
Publié le 19 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a great visit. Although the place could have been a bit cleaner, the villa is nice and equipped with everything you will need. The stairs were a challenge but overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Winterpark 2023
Publié le 27 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis property was outstanding. The cleanliness was five stars. The kitchen is one of the best equipped kitchens I have stayed at, and it was close to everything.
I would not recommend this property for young children or elderly people because it is four levels, but perfect for adults and older kids

Roof Top view was amazing

Jazz Festival

Great Stay

Wonderful townhome
