Awesome views overlooking the Winter Park Base await you at this 1 bed/1 bath condo. This condo has been recently updated and features a full kitchen with brand new appliances, gas fireplace, and flat screen TV and sleeping accommodations for up to 4 guests. Bedroom has King size bed, in living room you will find a new queen sized sleeper sofa and ottoman that converts to a twin sized bed. You are sure to enjoy the incredible slope side views from the living room, deck and bedroom. Only steps away from the elevator with easy access to the gondola.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

Zephyr has four hot tubs, a fitness room, heated underground parking, ski lockers, onsite ski shops and close proximity to restaurants and shopping. There is also a nearby ice skating rink (seasonal). Coin operated washers and dryers are located on every floor. Condo is located on 3rd floor in Riverside building facing the base area.

For our fellow mountain bike lovers: we are very sorry, but management does not allow bicycles stored inside condos or on balconies. To prevent mud and chain oil damage to our carpets, as well as handle bar scratches on the walls; we must kindly ask you to not store bikes inside the condo. We are working with the HOA of all our properties to figure out bike storage in the long term as our mountain sports grow in popularity. Thank you for your understanding.

The resort base village includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 4.1 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 5.6 miles away in the town of Fraser.

Had a chance to take my oldest 2 daughters skiing for yhe weekeknd at Winter Park Resort. It was their first tine to Colorado and 2nd time for them to ski. Was a perfect weekend and a trip they will always remember. The place was just right and the location was amazing. Would stay again with no issues at all. Thanka for a great time!!!!

Perfect stay for skiing in Winter Park
What a wonderful one bedroom unit at the base of Winter Park ski. Although it was a late season skiing, the gondola is open therefore we can easily access to Mary Jane Area. We parked in underground garage with easy access to room and ski lockers. We stayed in Riverside section which we highly recommend. It is a little walk to 2 hot tubs on Slopeside. Room is very clean and comfortable. We have to connect with property management for things we need in the room and the response was so quick. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location, could use some modernization
Overall, this place is very good. We've stayed at Zephyr multiple times and the location is key. This condo is as pictured. It is nice to be facing the mountain and right at the base. A few minor things could make this condo excellent. My son said the sofa bed was not very comfortable, but after a full day skiing he slept anyway. Charlotte, the manager, is GREAT. We had issues with the internet and she was on point, responding at any hour. It took 2.5 full days of my vacation to get the internet working. The owners could really stand to invest in some simple updates. Smart TVs are really inexpensive and expected when you travel now. They did offer cable- yikes. When was the last time you watched cable??? WP basically closes down at 7pm, so thank god for The Office reruns on cable. I guess the owners would have to update their internet to offer smart tvs, which would have been lovely since we had issues with Zephyr internet for 2.5 days. (I wasn't skiing and had to work, so it was a real inconvenience.) Also, a boot dryer in a ski condo is a must. I can't believe they didn't have one. But overall, this place was fine. The kitchen had everything we needed. Having the fireplace and porch was lovely. A few modernizations would have made it perfect. And the manager, Charlotte, is excellent. She responded at any time and was super helpful. But, on our next trip we will look for a condo that has it's own internet and some modern upgrades.

We came up for a long weekend and absolutely loved this place. Host is great and you can’t beat the view. My wife was able to see me on the slopes from the room. Would stay here again in the future as it’s is steps from the gondola.

Great location to the slopes, elevator and laundry room. Could use a few more forks, so I didn't have to wash so often. Plenty of blankets! Loved the king size bed. A small laundry basket would be useful to haul back and forth from the washer/dryer. Only one elevator was working. The jets in both hot tubs were not working properly.

Great location and nice view. The unit needs a refresh. Sofa is stained and almost gross, chair is worn in arm to threads. Only one regular spoon in drawer, rest were huge. Disposable used plastic Ramen containers in cupboard. Bed is comfortable. Need a new shower curtain liner as it has pink mold which can be dangerous. Simple fixes would really make the unit more enjoyable.
