Expedia rated me at a price, and the hotel charged me another $150.00 bucks for the stay. Not pleased. The room was worn down, outdated, and there was nicotine pouches left from whoever stayed prior, stuck to the ceiling. Would not recommend.

Our view was over trash containers so a bit loud in morning earlier than I’d hope. Front desk was amazing!! Super nice and helpful even before we got there. I needed to drop a third night and they were extremely helpful and made it easy!!

Check in process was great, we were able to check in early, however when we arrived to our supposed suite we were shocked because it looked nothing like the pictures online. Everything is so dated, there was a gross smell, trash on the floor and on the furniture from I assume previous guests, dog hair everywhere, stains on the couch, a built in ice maker that didn’t work. We decided later to go to the hot tub and found a used band aid full of blood sitting right next to it, then proceeded to the other hot tub and couldn’t even put our feet in because the water temp had to be 108 if not more. Way too hot! Overall a very disappointing anniversary trip for my wife and I. We definitely won’t be back

Old and dirty. Cancelled reservation as soon as walked into room. Needs complete renovation.
Everything in area is nicer.
Do not waste your money !

This hotel needed a complete do-over 15 years ago.
Publié le 18 août 2024 sur HotelsThe bed sheets were dirty, as if they had not even been laundered! We had them changed. Overall, this hotel is in terrible condition. The carpet is worn out everywhere, and in our room it was badly stained and dirty- looking. The upholstery on the one chair in the room was so worn the threads were actually coming loose. The screen on the window was broken. Pillows were old and bumpy.
