Hotel is in a nice neighborhood. There were a lot of guests at the hotel and it was very quiet, so that was great. Very comfortable mattress and pillows. But the faucet for the shower was damn near impossible to figure out. Took forever for the water to heat up, and then it was lukewarm at best. No drain plug for the tub. After a day of walking my feet were killing me and all I wanted to do was sit on the edge of the tub and soak by feet, but couldn't plug the drain and put hot water in the tub. Also the tv had very poor selection of channels. Mostly sports. I really wanted to give this little hotel a great rating because I love that idea that they're not owned by a multi-national conglomerate. I would give this place 5 stars if they had hot water and better tv channels. Nice little place for a good price.

No official host at the front desk, have to dial 0 to get someone. Property is deteriorating the ceiling needs to be repaired in the room we stayed in.

When checking in, there was no one at the front desk. We had to call reception. The booking info said we would pay when we checked in, but we were charged before we got to the motel. Then when we did check in, they charged another $50 deposit, which was not mentioned in the booking info. My party had two rooms - one was clean, with vinyl floors, and smelled like a fresh cleaning solution. The other had carpet which seemed to hold in the smell of many cleanings and smoking and cleaning and smoking. The air smelled stale.

Deposit is mentioned o on reserve site , , which was 100 but I charged only 50 and about the room charge, I have to sir because if guest didn’t show than busy time I lose my business so I have charge but I didn’t charge deposit until you showed up and last thing smell about carpet so extremely sorry for not comforting that .Sorry again.

A good value for the price. The building is a bit run down but my room was clean, comfortable, and quiet and the manager was nice.
