Lovely Cabin
Publié le 3 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe cabin itself was very clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a peaceful getaway. We had a wonderful time swimming, kayaking, and sitting around by the fire. The sunset view is amazing and the area is relatively secluded. However there are neighbors in somewhat close proximity on either side. Everyone we met was very polite and friendly though! With that being said, our only minor inconvenience involved a few off-leash dogs that would wander into our yard. Our dog isn’t the biggest fan of new dogs so it meant that he didn’t get to enjoy the space as much as we had hoped. Otherwise it was a perfect spot and we hope to return!

Little slice of heaven
Publié le 9 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe stayed at The Pinecone for a week and it was wonderful! Two adults, an 11 year old & an 8 year old. The dock was great for fishing, swimming or just enjoying the view. We used the kayaks that were provided to go fishing daily. The house was quaint and clean with everything we could need. It’s a very quiet area and extremely serene. Sitting on the screened in porch in the morning was one of our favorite things to do while having our coffee. Would highly recommend this house & wouldn’t hesitate booking again.

Good stay, but water needs work

No pressure at all.
Was tough trying to use bathroom and keep clean.

Publié le 8 sept. 2022 sur HomeAwayThe cabin is cute and cozy. It had everything we needed. I am from the area and chose based on location and it is pretty close to everything you need in Winthrop. Taking the kayaks or boats out was my favorite. I would rent again.
