Un hôtel superbe dans un écrin de nature !! Beaucoup de confort et d’espace ! À recommander vivement ! Si nous souhaitez que votre chambre soit nettoyée, il faut le demander ! Nous avons demandé un micro onde sans que ça n’est pose de pb ! Bravo

Amazing and peaceful

My only regret is that we only stayed for 1 night. The location is amazing, amenities are great, the food is amazing and the room was super confortable

Très bon choix d’hébergement. Le menu du restaurant n’était pas très élaboré mais c’était bon et à un prix très abordable pour un hôtel de haut niveau comme celui-là. Nous avons apprécié notre nuitée avec une très belle vue de tous côtés de l’hôtel.

Fine stay in Winthrop despite poor service

Very relaxing stay - in se the hotel is very comfortable - pity that the service in the restaurant and at the reception was poor / that’s were as a guest you know you are not dealing with a family run hotel - staff is there to do the job and make money - restaurant food and service ia poor - hidden costs of 25 usd per day linked to „amenities“ which means you pay extra for the pool and the WiFi, independent if you use them or not. Poor communication at check out!

We didn't know we had to ask for daily cleaning so were a little surprised when we returned to a messy hotel room

Very disappointed with the dining room experience and the food quality yet the price is very expensive. Also, very disappointed that We prepaid our room and you were charged upon check out the full room rate. So we had to seek a credit is forthcoming apparently

It is a very nice facility would be nice to have room service daily and a TV. The lodge room through thier direct service is cheap;er thasn yours!!!

This resort is so incredibly beautiful and well planned! The staff are very attentive and knowledgeable. Our room looked out into the valley which is breathtaking. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The room amentities were well thought out and appreciated. The restaurants were excellent (GF and Veg options clearly marked on their menu). There are so many activities (spa, hiking, horseback riding) you can enjoy but be sure to note availability. We booked in part for the petting zoo for my son who is autistic but realized upon arrival that it is not available on the two days we would be here. My fault for assuming and not checking availability. This just means we will be coming back!
