Bad customer service & inaccurate room description
Publié le 30 sept. 2024 sur HotelsIt was a nice room it smelled bad and the description said we were getting a room with a balcony and fireplace with a jetted tub, but we didn’t get the balcony which was the whole reason I booked the room. They don’t do anything or offer anything for special occasions and the food was not good at all.
