We didn’t have hot water in our room, but they moved us and upgraded our second room, and that room was really nice. Our first room was nice as well minus the no hot water lol. Overall I would stay there again.

Over all it was a good stay just try to stay away during busy times try to go when there is nothing going on otherwise it will be packed but when its not you'll have the nice pool and hot tub

The room/hotel did not look like the pictures on the website. Walking in the fish tank was green and dingy. The room had a bad musty smell and there was a dehumidifier in the room. The bed had essentially only sheets on it no blankets. The shower was only luke warm in the morning and the whirlpool wasn’t even able to be used because it didn’t get warm enough. Only nice thing was the location. It was close to everything we wanted to do. Overall we won’t be coming back.

Definitely, avoid. The staff were friendly, but our visit was short and very challenging. The internet was down when we first arrived and the staff member was unable to verify if our booking had been paid (it had been). The patio off our room had half a bottle of Coke and a broken patio chair. The power went out (not their fault, I recognize). The pillowcase on the King bed had hair on it. Finally, when I pulled the bed out of the couch, cheesies flew with it. We requested a refund and changed hotels for the night.

This is our third time staying at the Atlantis and the property needs some maintenance. When you walk into the lobby, there is a big fish tank with koi and the water is so dirty you can barely see the fish. I felt so bad for them. The slide in the big pool is falling apart. So much so that my daughter got hurt on the rough edge. There was mold in the pool surfaces and there wasn’t even soap in the bathrooms in the pool area. The bathtub in our room was so gross. We refused to use it.
