Mini getaway

We come to these condos year during the summer. The only downfall of this stay would be the pool. The indoor pool is always on the cool side. But this time, the water was FREEZING, where even the kids didn’t want to go in. Don’t think we will come back in the off season because of this.

Short getaway

Only a couple nights here — Grandparents taking three grand boys on a trip to the Dells. Enjoyed the area — restaurants, etc. Could find no parking pass emailed about it — did respond back but never did find it, but vehicle did not get towed. Could not find check out list so did what we thought should be done. All in all a good time!

Girls weekend

The property was clean and the view was beautiful. The space was also perfectly adequate for 6 adults, as listed. The lock had a long code, but once we figured out that you turn the lock after entering the code, entry and locking was quick and easy.

Overall pretty good

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as advertised. I didnt expect there to be dishes and trwsh bags etc. Even tho we brought our own that was a nice suprise. The only knit pick things are the following. 1. Does the door code need to be 10 digits? It was super frustrating at times tho by the last day it was no issue. 2. The movie style loves seats, one of them appeared to be damaged as its back was not straight so we avoided sitting in it. 3. The back door sticks 4. The guest bathroom is super hard to flush. 5. The large jaquizzi bath tub was nice but by the time it was filled enough to turn on jets the hot water ran out. Again nothing major and over all we enjoyed and would consider coming back.

Family trip

The property is clean but could definitely use updates. The matresses are lumpy. The fridge 1has been painted and has a lot of scratches. Broken blinds. Could use new flooring.

This condo has a lot of space! We enjoyed staying here as we visited the Dells and Cascade Mountain ski area.

False Advertising - No Fireplace

The fire blazing in the fireplace IS NOT AVAILABLE to guests. There is no comment about this in the amenities. A line should say, "disregard the fireplace photo, because this fireplace is not available to guests." We booked this trip for a cozy, quick getaway, and this dated condo offered nothing cozy. The mattresses were very uncomfortable AND covered in large plastic fitted sheets which ruffled with plastic sounds with every tiny movement. We checked out after the first night, having paid for two nights because we did not sleep well. Be forewarned, this property is maintained by a company in Oregon, and every interaction I had was with a new (AI generated?) person. No one was able to offer anything even remotely helpful. I will have an eagle eye for local owner/operated VRBOs in the future, once I've recovered from this poor experience. Also, we attempted to move our reservation to another weekend, because our daughter was recovering from COVID and would not be able to use the pool. The management company offered no flexibility in rescheduling. Just very poorly managed. Avoid this unit. The only upside had nothing to do with the management...the condo was spotless and whoever is hired to clean this unit does a very good job. But we left before the 2nd night, and lost over 150 dollars as a result. Never again.

While the fireplace does show up in our online photos, it is not listed as an amenity and we truly regret that your expectations were not met. Please know that you can reach out to our Guest Services team prior to booking as they can answer any questions you may have and assist you in choosing the rental best for you. Additionally, we are sorry you found the bed uncomfortable and our local manager assured us that the bed has an adjustable air mattress which will make noise if it is not inflated enough. Additionally, we are very sorry to hear of the sickness that arose and regret being unable to accommodate a change of date for your trip. While we must adhere to the cancellation policies put in place, we understand how situations do occur and the stress this can cause. We hope to have the opportunity to better impress you in the future and provide an amazing vacation experience.
