Great value for the money. Newly re-carpeted and very nice lobby set up. Morning breakfast was good and it really worked well for a quick overnight.

It is quite here. I feel safe here and that is very important. Staff was awesome!! Friendly, kind yet professional. We will stay here again!

great front desk staff. breakfast ok. Scrambled eggs and sausages every day. could have changed the meat to bacon or ham. Good variety of cereal. Carpeting in the hallways old somewhat musty. Room was clean. Good to have both a refrigerator and microwave.

This place was horrible!!! My wife and i just got married and for our honeymoon we decided to spend some time in the dells. We booked this hotel thinking itd be a good experience but boy were we wrong. We got there and the clerk had the most unfriendly and unwelcoming attitude. After that we went to our room only to find out that the tv and microwave both dont work as the 6 plug adapter in the outlet that was used for them had only 3 out of the 6 plugs working. One night we decided to go to the indoor pool/hotub/sauna and neither the hotub or sauna worked at all. The hotub was maybe lukewarm at best even after waiting 20min. The sauna was a joke as i didnt even work with every setting turned to the max and waiting 20min. The last 2 nights we were there there was constant construction happening in the rooms right below us which started promptly at 8am. We are so disappointed with this hotel and will be highly recommending to others not to go here

Great breakfast. Room was quiet and comfy. Pool was good, but that area needs more lights. Hot tub wasnt hot. Sauna didnt work at all. Staff at check in was very friendly.
