Publié le 6 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayCheck in was an easy process. Very friendly staff. The townhome was very clean and came with everything we needed. The townhome shown in the listing was not the same one we got. It was completely different looking. It was still nice though. Stairs leading to the townhome needs to be fixed. A loose step caused me to trip and fall down the stairs. I was bruised and bleeding and had to miss out on some of our activities. All in all it was still a good trip

Publié le 27 août 2023 sur HomeAwayI stayed at the townhouse last year and it was beautiful. I booked the same place this year and I got the cabin behind the campground. The cheapest place to stay. The owner is extremely rude and doesn’t want to answer the phone. I will never go back because there is a lot of lying and playing games. You will find yourself in very uncomfortable positions.

I'm not sure why this discrepancy is the case, but we would have preferred to stay in the unit pictured online and in the email I received inviting this review.
