Terrible stay

The bed was broke. We had to sleep in the bed for two nights with the top of the bed broke. The bed stayed slanted for those two days and my head began to hurt due to the discomfort. We did not have a remote for the television in the room. They did not have anyone at the front desk to give us towels and were there for 4 nights.

Clean

Condo was rommy and clean. Entry into condo was pretty easy, but finding the building and parking was extremely difficult!! Kitchen is nice sized, but very, very lacking in stock, ie: silverware, cups, dishes and utensils. Sofa sleeper was awful!! A memory foam topper, or new mattress would make a huge difference. Condo lacked enough blankets(none provided for sofa sleeper) and towels. If it has a hottub, extra towels would have been beneficial! The size was good. Loved having a dining table, since there was 5 of us. Price was very reasonable, but expected better amenities for that cost.

It Was Okay

We got there and it was clean, but a few items needing repairs (chairs were wobbly, table leg kinked, kitchen sink was leaking, lamp was crooked). I contacted the number and sent pictures upon request. They said to turn off the water so it wouldnt leak anymore and asked if it was okay to have someone enter the room to fix and look at the issues. I agreed but no one ever showed. We went the whole trip wothout leaning back on the chairs, and without using the kitchen sink. It was a little annoying and we just didnt want to be charged for damages that werent our fault.

Family Get Away

Terrible property management

We arrived to the fridge leaking water in the kitchen. We immediately reported but never heard back from anyone. Also there was no bedding for the sofa bed and everytime I asked to be helped with that they would just say they are contacting the “local team” but no one ever reached back out or provided any kind of help! Highly recommend booking directly with the hotel instead!

Winter Break Getaway.

Didn’t have to drive too far from La Crosse WI. Was able to use outdoor hot tub in a snow storm at night which was kinda fun actually. Bar, restaurant, coffee all avail on property which was nice. The room had a code instead of a key from private owner. Thought it was a good value. kitchen smelled alittle off like maybe someone smoked cigars once upon a time. Individual rooms didn’t smell. Not unbearable just noticeable. Otherwise overall clean & easy.
