Hotel Rome is close and very convenient. We like the option of both amusement and waterpark in one location.

Family getaway nothing fancy

The resort was about quantity of people they could get in and out. The room was in need of updates and it was too far from the theme park or any amenities. The balcony had no furnishings and was full of spiderwebs and spiders. Overall if you just cared about the Waterpark and rides it was fine.

Customer Service Nightmare

My family stayed at the resort on 8/10/24 to 8/12/24. We called room service at on 811/24 @ 9am in the morning for extra towels and tissue for the bathroom, they never brought either of them. When got back to the room that night we had to go to the main office to complain and get the towels and tissue. We had 3 rooms and the morning of our departure we discovered bed bugs in one of our rooms. My nephew and my friend son was bitten all over their bodies. We were told that we would be refunded our total stay, our room and cabana rental would be refunded to my account. I called the hotel quit a few time and no one will call me back. I was refunded to room rental but not the cabana fee. We will never return to this hotel ever again. The staff's attitude is very bad and they all seem angry and tired of the people asking questions or needing assistance.
