Blood on comforter,lady bugs by the hundreds, boxelder bugs, no heat, wall furnace broke, room very cold, hotel staff rude unhelpful, multiple guests unhappy with hotel staff fresh poop on the bath mat that was supposedly washed and clean but wasn't.

A little run down and pool facilities are inoperable

The floors made my kids feet black in a couple minutes. You cant use the balconies but where the handles are suppose to be there was a hole and a wasp got into our room because of this. Pull out couch smelled like poop and the whole hotel had a mildew smell.

We stayed one night because of the weather we couldn't drive back home. The kids (and adults) enjoyed the indoor water park. We were 7 adults and 3 kids and got two rooms with one room of separation.

Parking close to door entrance was sparse. Elevator took a while. Hallway had funky smell

Where do we start with something like this it is exactly as you would expect an average hotel experience everything is beat to s*** and everything is also used it doesn't exactly make anything look fantastic and it is exactly what you would expect if you paid the amount of money that we did.
