Couch and one chair is not enough for a family of 4. Couch was uncomfortable for watching a 2 hr movie.

Realistic honest review

Picked this because it was a reasonable rate knowing we wouldn’t use the local water park. Check in was easier than I thought, just had to walk right in and open the door. It felt a little odd because it’s a hotel. One of the elevators wasn’t working, but usually took stairs anyway. It could be a problem if busy and needed it. Door didn’t have any other lock other than the keypad access, no physical chain/bar like a standard hotel room. Fridge was unplugged until just prior to my arrival as it was room temp and we mistakenly filled it with warm drinks. Took a long time to cool. Carpet is old/stained, comforters are old. Several light bulbs were burned out, no sharp knives with a blade, only dull serrated. Master bath had pedestal with no counter space, couple of shallow shelves, but our things ended up on the floor due to lack of space. It was a little odd staying at a hotel but not having access to the hotel amenities. There was a planned water outage from 10-2 one day for repairs, with no advance notice and was prior to 6 showers and bathroom use. Message the host but no response for 8 hours. Went to main office to find info, no phone to call desk. Was back on when we got back for the night. Didn’t really know what to do with garbage, couldn’t find a dumpster. workers said to just leave it outside the room. Overall, fine but a lot of fees above the avg/rate per. Probably Wouldn’t stay again.

Nice place
Publié le 7 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayThe place was nice. We enjoyed the pools in the resort but just to let you know to get into the water park that was an extra cost. We did have a few minor issues; the TV never worked during out stay even with contacting Vacasa.The blow dryer didn't work, and on the last day we were down to using only one bathroom because the toilet paper was out of the other. They did have to come and fix the lock on our door as the battery was dead so we were unable to lock the door when we wanted to leave. We had to wait an hour for someone from off the premises to come and fix it. If we would of had a time commitment we may of not been so happy, it did take away from our pool time.
